I have felt passionate about food and its preparation since I was a kid and I have been cooking since I was five years old. Today, I am the head chef of restaurant Riis and have been involved with Asian cuisine and its preparation for years. Life, food, passion, flavors, colors, healthy nutrition – these are the words that define me. Food is my passion and what could be better than food prepared with passion.
